8月30日讯 据葡萄牙《球报》报道，切尔西考虑支付4000万欧元解约金，签下布拉加边锋罗杰-费尔南德斯。
现年19岁的罗杰-费尔南德斯是葡萄牙U21国脚，他是一名左脚将，出自布拉加青训。上赛季罗杰-费尔南德斯在葡超联赛出场28次，打进3球助攻4次。罗杰-费尔南德斯和布拉加的合同在2028年6月到期，解约金4000万欧元。
切尔西对罗杰-费尔南德斯感兴趣，但布拉加不愿以较低的价格出售球员。为了得到罗杰-费尔南德斯，切尔西考虑支付4000万欧元全额解约金，切尔西高层意识到，只有这么做才能签下球员。
《球报》透露，切尔西计划在今夏签下罗杰-费尔南德斯后，让球员去斯特拉斯堡踢一个赛季。切尔西和斯特拉斯堡两家俱乐部属于同一个老板，罗杰-费尔南德斯可以等到明年夏天再回归切尔西参赛。
